But she had forgotten that she had Kabir, who had already purchased a bunch of medicines, ready-to-eat meals and made his own special chicken soup recipe for her. He braved the snow, parked his car outside her building and rang the doorbell. Mishti came to the door, coughing, and Kabir immediately flung his warm jacket around her.

When they were finally seated in the drawing room, he handed her everything he had brought, explained the medicine dosages, and made her a chart on the ready-to-eat packages.
