London: 21 OCT 2026: 3 AM

My heavy stout tasted like liquid dynamic; his crisp blonde was classic Jitin. We have been best friends for 15 years, and tonight proved exactly why.

Over clinking glasses, the conversation just flowed seamlessly, melting away all my work stress. The banter was top-tier. We talked past closing, entirely losing track of time until the bartender started flipping chairs onto tables right around us.

When Jitin looked at the upside-down stools, grinned, and said he still had stories left to tell, we just laughed.

I’m home now. Pure exhaustion, great beer, and the absolute best company. Next Friday is already set.
